Damaged Items Due to Delivery:

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately by submitting a request to hello@luxline.ae within 48 hours of receiving the products.

In your email, please include clear proof of the damage, such as photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. For damaged items, please attach the required photographic evidence.

Return Shipping: For returns and exchanges (excluding damaged items reported within 48 hours), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item(s).
