Delivery Timelines:

  • Within the UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

  • International Orders: Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services.

Shipping Charges within the UAE:

We offer free shipping on all orders above 200 AED. For orders below this threshold, the following shipping charges apply based on the delivery Emirate:

  • Dubai: 10 AED

  • Other Emirates: 30 AED

International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination country. 

In-Store Collection in Dubai:

For customers located in Dubai, we also offer the convenient option to collect their orders directly from our stores. This allows you to receive your items sooner and provides an opportunity to explore our full range of products in person. Please contact our customer service team after placing your order to arrange a suitable collection time and location.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for orders within the UAE for an additional fee of 20 AED. This fee will be added to your order total at checkout.

General Shipping Information:

  • Business days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in the UAE.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to logistics, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.   

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

  • Luxline is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
